ProAktive Risk Management

ProAktive Risk Management (PRM) has been providing health & safety support to CLAYFIELD CONSTRUCTION for the past 5 years. During this time CLAYFIELD have consistently recognised their duty to protect the health and safety of all employees and contractors who might be affected by their operations.

In order to achieve this CLAYFIELD CONSTRUCTION recognised the need to have an effective occupational health and safety management system that was clearly defined and well documented. Their health and safety management system is based on the HS(G) 65 "plan-do-check-act" management model and embodies the principle of continual improvement as exemplified in the British Standard for quality assurance systems.

CLAYFIELD site managers have completed recognised health and safety training courses by CITB to ensure that policies and procedures agreed by their safety management team are followed by all persons working on their sites.

PRM consultants conduct monthly visits to all CLAYFIELD CONSTRUCTION sites and provide detailed reports with action plans for any non conformances. All actions are tracked via their online safety management system PIP which provides a detailed audit trail of all actions both completed & outstanding.

CLAYFIELD CONSTRUCTION is also accredited to Construction Line, Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) and Considerate Constructors.
