This scheme was constructed in the grounds of an existing Hall. The ground conditions were poor and required 6m deep concrete trench fill foundations. The building was constructed using timber frame and was clad in natural stone. The roof was covered in natural slate, which complemented the stone and gave the building a very prestigious feel, especially set within the woodland area.
This was an extra care facility and incorporated many specialist features. The Mechanical and Electrical were contractor designed and we worked closely with the Architect to finalise the scheme.
This was a flag ship scheme for our Client and they were delighted with the quality of the building handed to them.
