This project was awarded as a design and build contract and was constructed on a brownfield site.

The development was built to Code for Sustainable Homes, Level 3. We had regular liaison with the neighbours, who were kept informed of the progress with regular letter drops and face to face discussions with the residents.

We worked closely with our Client on achieving a cost effective design, but also giving a very impressive quality of build and local streetscene.

We completed the requirements of the Considerate Constructors Scheme and achieved a score of 37.5 out of 40, for which we are very proud.
