A development for a private client on a greenfield site, incorporating a range of house designs from 3 bedroom town houses to a 5 bedroom, 3 storey detached house.

Clayfield's designed and built the development in partnership with Loversall Homes Interior Designer, who advised all purchasers on their selections.

Clayfield's were responsible for obtaining planning permission, liasing with the statutory authorities on the design and construction through to the adoption of the foul water pump station and the roads on the development.

Clayfield's own directly employed personnel constructed all of the substructure and superstructure work to the development. The only trades that were not carried out by Clayfield employees were the roof tiling, plumbing and electrical works.

Local labour and resources were used to supply the site where practical and the local community had good relations with the site throughout its development.

Clayfields directly employed labour enabled the project to continue to achieve the high finishing standards set on previous developments that this client had seen and led them to choose us as the Main Contractor.
