20 Dwellings, The Oasis, Killamarsh

A prestigious development, for a valued client, in a village south east of Sheffield. A select development of 20 dwellings - Oasis features a range of one and two bedroom apartments and three, four and five bedroom houses.

Clayfield's in-house design team were responsible for negotiating the planning permission and the approval of the sewer and road construction designs to adoptable standards required by the statutory authorities.

Clayfield Construction designed and installed all of the foundations and superstructures upon the development.

Numerous local suppliers were used to incorporate products found in the local villages of Killamarsh and Spinkhill.

The surrounding village's architectural features were incorporated into our design for the front of the development. The resultant effect made our development more sensitive to the surrounding area.

Using a supply chain partnering arrangement with a now established team of partners, a high standard of finishing were once again achieved throughout the development.
