Loversall Court Offices

This project was a completed design and build package using our In-house Architect as Lead Designer and Co-ordinator.

The two office blocks are 2 storey and provide 5000 sq ft of office space in each building. Due to poor ground conditions, the foundations were constructed on reinforced concrete rafts. The construction was traditional brick and block and designed so that the internal fittings and fixtures can be altered to suit Clients requirements.

The office blocks and associated parking areas were completed on time and within budget.
