We normally have 10% of our workforce as Apprentices, working through the accredited CITB scheme. Our Apprentice training has proved to be successful for the long term and we feel it is important to train the craftsmen of the future.

We have a Gold Award of CSCS Card Compliance and have a training matrix in place to ensure that all our employees have the correct training for the tasks they are carrying out.
